SEVENDUST Drummer Talks CLINT LOWERY's Return, Split With SONNY MAYO, SNOT Reunion

J-Man Joey Giangola of Saw*Kick Media conducted an interview with SEVENDUST drummer Morgan Rose after the band's October 2, 2008 concert in Cleveland, Ohio. During the chat, Rose spoke about the possibility of the group writing more political lyrics for its next album, how he feels "Animosity" is the best album SEVENDUST has made, the return of guitarist Clint Lowery, the split with former guitarist Sonny Mayo, his thoughts on the SNOT reunion, when to expect the next SEVENDUST record, and much more. SEVENDUST is supporting its latest album, "Chapter VII: Hope and Sorrow" (7Bros/Asylum),which came out last spring. The set's current single, "The Past", features a guest appearance from Chris Daughtry.

"Chapter VII: Hope and Sorrow" sold 25,000 copies in the United States during its first week of release to land at position No. 19 on The Billboard 200 chart.
